I was excited to get this unit. Everything works great.

I get hard core cystic acne zits, the kind that last for months on your face. Sometimes they won't really form a head. They are just deep, deep zits that are red and painful. They will act like they are going to heal and then flare up again. My dermatologist told me the skin deep down can become damaged, and that I might have to have them cut out which will create a scar. This thing gets rid of them! After using it twice a day for 2-3 days in a row it can eliminate them. I've gotten rid of 3 monster zits this way. I've tried everything; even did Accutane 7 years ago which helped but didn't eliminate everything. If you're struggling with acne, buy this.
